Client Services Representative
Jennifer joined Barresi Benefits Group in 2003. As Group Service Specialist, she services group clients in Central Maine. Some of her responsibilities include the preparation of health insurance studies, assisting group clients with claims, billing, and enrollment issues, and working with the various insurance carriers on behalf of our clients. Jennifer also serves as a key contact for employees of our group clients when issues arrive with claims processing, appeals, and navigation through the benefits package being offered.
Jennifer graduated with distinction from the University of Maine at Orono with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Management and a Master of Public Administration degree. She also holds a Maine Life and Health insurance license. She has over 21 years experience in group health insurance sales and servicing. She was previously employed by Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield as an Account Executive for 5 years. Jennifer obtained the designation of Registered Health Underwriter from the American College in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania.
